Meet Dr. Hasain Shinwari

Oral Surgeon

Dr. Hasnain Shinwari developed interest in dentistry at an early age, and completed his dental education with a distinction. He was part of the team at the UCLA Weintraub Research Center that invented ground breaking technology in dental implantology and osseointegration. He then received further training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Boston University where he was trained at both Boston Medical Center and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts.

Dr. Shinwari is a Diplomate of the American Board of the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology. 

Dr. Shinwari has published articles in peer reviewed journals and is also an author of a book chapter. He is a member of multiple professional organizations.

Dr. Shinwari enjoys the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and has special interest in Dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, office based anesthesiology and cosmetic procedures. He is also proficient in pathology/reconstructive surgery, TMJ surgery, orthognathic surgery and Facial Trauma.

Dr. Shinwari is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Dr. Shinwari lives with his wife and a daughter. In his free time he plays golf, and spends time with his family.
